What does your decision making style say about you?

Ethics At Work will equip you with the tools you need to bring ethics into focus in your workplace. You’ll be introduced to useful tools that help you unpack, think and be more informed and strategic about how you approach work and the decisions you make.

This a half-day workshop that will help you gain relevant and contemporary knowledge about applied ethics that is practical and easy to put into action both professionally and personally. Because whether you’re consciously thinking about it or not, we all ‘do ethics’ every time we act on the question, ‘what should I do?’

At a personal level, the space for ethical reflection will help you be consistent in your judgements, understand the reasons for your beliefs and critically examine your own and others’ opinions. Within an organisational context, ethics plays a vital role in risk management, in building skilled and collaborative teams, driving innovation and building trust with peers and clients.

On completion you’ll receive a certificate of achievement.
