Antoinette Simon

Manager - Ethics Capacity Building

Antoinette Simon has worked at St James Ethics Centre since 1995. Her current role is Manager, Ethics Capacity Building. Antoinette's primary responsibility is to manage the processes and resources required for Leadership Development – in particular, the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship - Ethics Consulting, Ethics Counselling and Ethics Training areas.

Prior to working at the Centre, Antoinette taught for seven years in the NSW Department of Education. She left teaching, and for the next nine years helped manage her family's medium-sized manufacturing business. During that time Antoinette had diverse responsibilities ranging from Industrial Relations and Human Resources to on-the-floor Production and Processes.

Antoinette holds an undergraduate arts degree, has postgraduate qualifications in education and commerce and has completed a preliminary for a master of letters (philosophy).
