Ethics Consulting:

Ethics Facilitation (product sheet)

St James Ethics Centre's Ethics Consulting services include an independent and objective facilitation of the discussion of ethical issues. Typically these discussions are between stakeholders where individual needs compete and when ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ solutions are not easily identifiable.

More general discussions are also facilitated and involve such topics as the introduction of help and compliance breach lines as well as the ethical issues associated with these; the optimal way to ‘roll out’ programs to ensure a sound ethical culture includes discussions relating to conflicts of duty within work practices.

Our facilitators are professionally trained to assist parties to elicit the key ethical aspects within the topic of discussion, which provides the opportunity for better decisions to be made.

Ethics Facilitation clients

Recently facilitated discussions have been undertaken with clients to explore the ethical principles behind ‘conflicts of interest’ and ‘ethical work practices’.

Due to the nature of our work, we are not at liberty to mention clients by name unless the client has publicly disclosed working with the Ethics Centre or has given us permission to make public our work with them.
