Leadership

Our leadership programs build the capacity of experienced and emerging leaders to consciously shape the direction of their organisations. Participants investigate challenges to ethical leadership as well as opportunities to overcome barriers to change within the organisations they lead. Customised for the objectives and needs of our clients, our programs stimulate the deep reflection and exploration needed to transform individual leadership capacity.

The Vincent Fairfax Fellowship leadership program was offered by the Ethics Centre for 15 years. It is now provided by the University of Melbourne.
