About leadership development

Our leadership programs draw and expand on our Ethical Intelligence & Good Decision Making program, exploring the nature of good leadership in an experiential and interactive format. Topics include the role of leadership in building a shared organisational intent and culture to guide good decision making in the organisation. We also deal with ‘constructive subversion’: the use of ethical leadership to displace unthinking custom and practice. Leadership programs are delivered in the context of the organisation’s own ethics framework, its stakeholder relationships and commitments, its decision making culture and its role in society. The processes for dealing with ethical issues are considered alongside the relevant internal systems, risk management strategies and regulatory requirements.
