Short course for good leadership

A fully funded program of St James Ethics Centre made possible by the generosity of the Vincent Fairfax Ethics in Leadership Foundation.

In 2008 St James Ethics Centre offered a new, preliminary program, in addition to its Vincent Fairfax Fellowship - a Short Course for Good Leadership.

Like the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship, the short course aims to increase the capacity for leadership and ethical reflection, which together result in good leadership.

The short course was an introduction to the Fellowship as well as a standalone program.

Sixty people were chosen to participate in a four day course run in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Each course had fifteen participants.
