A Shanghai company was recently discovered to have a hiring policy based on candidates' star signs.

Is this an ethical way to hire staff? How would you feel if you missed out on a job because you were the wrong star sign? I suspect this practise is not unknown in Australia. Does anyone know of people who use this as a criteria for recruiting new staff?
