What are we to discuss? Surely, a politicians ethics is not worthy of a discussion.

Well, patrickt, I think we are invited to reflect on the ethics of posting in its entirety a newspaper report that is almost two years old, for the purpose of apppending at the bottom links to links to commercial websites which sell handbags and sports shoes and which, presumably, zhang00 wishes to promote.
