I want to ask something about culture philosophy.

1) You think, any people who we say philosopher is a culture's philosopher or a philosophy tradition's philosophers who be able to evaluate as upper-cultures ?

2) What's criterion of contemporarization for any philosopher, if it isn't possible to take up independent any philosopher who himself or herself culture ?

3) How can this criterion determine ?

4) What kind solutions can find about a culture which concern the contemporary problems ?

It seems that English is not your first language, and I'm having some trouble understanding your questions.
