How do I apply for membership and what happens next?

You can use the form on our membership page to pay securely online. Alternatively you may prefer to download a PDF application form, which can also be faxed or posted to the Ethics Centre.

Once your application has been received by the Centre, your payment will be processed and you will receive your username and password for the website.

Your application is then forwarded to two Board members for signature. Once the paperwork is returned to the Ethics Centre a letter of confirmation of membership is sent out from Dr Simon Longstaff. This process can take up to three weeks.
